Songs, Sand, & Stronger

I consider myself an eloquent writer with an ability to craft a message that finds the right reader at the right time in their life. These past few weeks have been different however. I started and stopped this message more times than I can remember, as I am always unclear of exactly what I want the message to be.
Like the lyrics in the song above, “this life” has changed for almost everyone. Isolation and quarantine are the definition of extremes, and many of you have seen your “dreams crumble” because of stress caused by the unknown, or maybe through loss of a job or even a loved one.
But now is the time for me to “draw my line down in the sand”, stop trying to be eloquent, and simply start trying to be helpful. If you have taken the time to read my messages of encouragement for the past 20 months, it means that I have gained at least some degree of your trust. And with that trust comes a responsibility.
I promise you I don’t have all the answers, but I am here if you need me, even if it is just as an ear to listen or a (virtual) shoulder to cry on. My contact information is below, and please don’t hesitate to use it.
Finally, I am going to take a break from writing these messages for a while, so I can focus on helping people on an individual basis. When this situation has passed, and we are all back to normal (whatever the new normal will be), I’ll find my way back to my computer with nothing but a quote for inspiration and an idea in my head to dispense my life hack advice. In the meantime, I’m sure I’ll find another way to channel my energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. I can’t wait to share it with you when I do.
